Who we are
Deinn Rent P.C. is a car rental company registered in Greece, operating desks at Heraklion Airport, Chania Airport and Heraklion Port, and delivering vehicles across Crete. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy, which means we decide what is collected and why, and we are answerable for it.
Our licence number as a Greek tourism operator is EOT 1039Ε81000228901. Our registered address and the address for privacy correspondence are in section 13.
This policy covers deinn.rent, our booking and enquiry forms, our rental desks, and the vehicles we hand over. It does not cover the sites of other companies we link to — their policies are their own.
What we collect
We collect the minimum a rental needs to work, and we collect it from you directly unless stated otherwise.
When you enquire or book
- Identity and contact — name, email address, phone number, and the country you are travelling from.
- Booking details — pick-up and drop-off point, dates and times, vehicle group, number of passengers, and any requests you send us in a message field.
- Flight or ferry number, where you give it, so we know when to expect you.
