Do I need a credit card or a deposit to reserve?
No. We take no card hold and no cash security deposit at any point. You reserve online, we confirm by email, and you pay when you collect the car — cash, debit or credit.
What is included in your Full Insurance with Zero Excess?
Full Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Third Party Insurance, Fire and Theft protection, and Personal Accident Insurance for driver and passengers, with €0 deductible.
How does the booking process actually work?
Choose your dates, pick-up point and category, and send the request. We check the fleet against your dates and email a confirmation with the rate locked in — usually the same day, always within 48 hours. Nothing is charged at request stage.
Are extras like child seats or an extra driver really free?
Yes. Infant and child seats and a second registered driver are provided free of charge upon request.
What happens if I have an accident?
Call the assistance line first, then the police if anyone is hurt or another vehicle is involved — Greek law requires a police report for a claim. We handle the rest. You do not pay a deductible and your rate does not change.
